We love Dr. Trout. 5 kids- 2 have been seen since they were babies. Teaches the kids important concepts when we are in office. Takes the time to break everything down and make sure you understand what is going on. Will find other "fixes" before prescribing. Drive thru flu shots, sticker pops, freezy spray. What's not to love!

Dr Trout is amazing! She is patient and thorough and takes the time to explain everything. Highly recommend.

We were encouraged by several positive reviews to use Dr. Trout as our pediatrician. Obviously all experiences are different, but we did not have a positive experience with Dr. Trout. Some concerns we had about our infant son were brushed off and reflux medication was referred to as "hocus pocus". At one point, she filled out a form listing a diagnosis for my infant son that was never discussed or explained. I called and left a message asking for clarification. When she returned my call, she was extremely condescending, snarky, and overall unprofessional. For the record, my son did not have what she diagnosed him with. The nurse and admin staff here are fantastic, I will happily say that. But if you are looking for a compassionate pediatrician who will not only provide phenomenal care for your child but also treat YOU with respect, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. We transferred to a new pediatrician and are much happier with our care.

A truly fantastic pediatrician! Dr Trout is personable and warm, but also professional and experienced! She and her NP take the time to answer all our questions and make sure we understand our next steps before leaving the office. The office requires all routine vaccinations, which we appreciate, and Dr Trout uses evidence-based practice to guide all care. Her NP is phenomenal as well and even does lactation consults! We have loved our experience at this office with the staff and it has also been easy to schedule appointments!

She is THE most wonderful, companionate and devoted Pediatrician I have EVER met. I was referred to her from one healthcare provider to another. Unfortunately, my current insurance is not in network but I recommend her to everyone I know without hesitation. As soon as I am able to bring my children back to her I'm doing it in a heartbeat.

All three of my children have been seeing Dr. Trout since they were infants and I only have amazing things to say about the care they have received over a decade. She's an amazing pediatrician and my children adore and look up to her.

If there was a zero I would rate a zero. Only reason I gave a one star was being her nurse Melissa is a absolute sweet heart. I came to feel uncomfortable about the 4th visit I should have left at that time she says very unprofessional remarks about my son. She has a attitude extremely rude makes you feel Uncomfortable to asks questions and huff and puffs and if things don’t go her way she denies you as a patient. Definitely not returning

If I could give a zero I would but I gave a one only because her nurse rocks!! But she is rude unprofessional and refused my child as a patient because I didn't want to get a flu shot, when I said no we don't want to get the flu shot she said then find another pediatrician to go to because it's mandatory she was rude and seemed to be annoyed with us as she kept huffing and puffing and just saying Unnecessary remarks I will def not be returning as I was very uncomfortable and don't want my son to feel that way either

I can not rave enough about Doc Pam and her staff. They are all wonderful! I highly, highly recommend her practice! She's thoughtful and attentive, as well as available after hours and on weekends. You can tell everyone genuinely cares. I've taken my daughter to Doc Pam since she was born, and every visit has been great. It's a wonderful practice!

I cannot brag enough about how great Dr.Pam and her staff is! I've never met such a caring, honest and welcoming team. I love how it's almost like extended family when you're there. They truly care about everyone's well being. Dr. Pam never fails to give parents the peace of mind that their child is being well taken care of. Every visit I leave with a calm mind and a heart of trust. The decor is so kid friendly but not only just look wise. It's educational. Dr. Pam definitely thought out every detail. Even down to the bandaids. I appreciate everything DOC PAM's team has done for my child and family! We will be continuing to come! Thank you guys!
