Didn't have a visit. Been trying to get an appointment for 2 months. Everything was fine until the day before her appointment. The girl from the back office said they didn't have what they needed. Hi used Dr. While with no problem, twice. Never again.
Had surgery done by Dr. Shuler in Ocoee, post surgery was a disaster. Told by the Dr. he didn’t know how to treat me (no referrals, special treatment or anything) but he billed my insurance and charged me (2) co-pays within the 90 day follow-up visits. Nice man but I would not recommend him or his office. Currently being treated by another Ortho Dr. who has done what Dr. Shuler should have done.
he did my knee and i have been in pain. i got tired of all the lies and excuses, now 5 moths later i find out he put the wrong size plate in my leg, in the wrong place.. it is way to small and he cut the bone bad and it was not seated right, so i have to go thru this again. staff is very rude and could care less.
Approximately 3 months after my $185/10 min consultation, I received a bill for $1791 for a "treatment." The billing person, Polly, told me that the bill was from the ER where I was referred from (not them) & the medical code for a treatment was used because the doctor looked at my x-rays. I told her several times I never received a "treatment."Polly told me that the original bill was $2800 & said something like $1000 goes to the doctor & $1791 to the ER. She just codes the visit & sends it over
I would without any doubt or question recommend him to anyone who asked me. I have visited at least 4 orthopedic surgeons throughout my life of 77 years. Dr. Schuler has been by far the best. He is thorough, listens and explained what at least two courses of action available. He took the time and was very knowledgeable. Got a quick appointment time. He is now my go to Dr. as I get older.

I have visited many orthopedic surgeons throughout my life as a result of a car accident. Dr. Schuler has been by far the best. He is thourough, listens and finds a plan that will remedy your condition.
I consulted Dr. Shuler on my hip. I was very impressed by his expertise, honesty and kindness. He was very thorough about my options for my hip and I highly recommend him.
Great surgeon! Great experience!
Amazing surgeon I had a very severe injury and his expertise served me well? I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
