I have been going to Performance Vision for years. Truthfully, I initially chose Dr. Richard (Rick) Ross not only because of his exceptional reviews, but also because his name made me laugh. "Rick Ross?" I couldn't resist. The reason I've remained a loyal patient, though, is the incredible staff. Brian, the optician, is a huge part of that. Every year he patiently lets me put on what can only be described as a glasses fashion show while I try on frame after frame. Because of my strong prescription, I'm always self-conscious about how thick my lenses might look. Brian knows that about me. He doesn't just hand me frames. He helps me find ones that complement my skin tone, flatter my face shape, and, most importantly, minimize the appearance of my lenses. He never makes me feel rushed or self-conscious. Instead, he offers thoughtful suggestions and honest feedback until we find the perfect pair. I don't get to see Daniel as often, but when I do, he brings such a bubbly, welcoming personality. He's quick to join in on my annual fashion show, offering suggestions and making the experience even more enjoyable. Barbie, the receptionist, is equally wonderful. She is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. If I'm ever having an issue with my glasses, she does everything she can to get me in as quickly as possible, and I truly appreciate how responsive and accommodating she is. The level of care and personal attention this team provides is rare. They don't just help you see better they make you feel seen. Every visit feels personal, and that's why I've continued coming back to Performance Vision year after year.

Very disappointed with this place!! They try and over charge you!! I had to go back after I had a regular eye exam appointment,(I bought 300$ glasses plus my insurance kicked in with that visit) because the prescription drops she prescribed for me I was allergic to..all I needed was a different script and they tried to charge me 125$ !! Absolutely absurd! After I said I wasn’t prepared to pay because I was allergic to what she initially prescribed to me , the owner or main physician said they would take 25$ off ?! Wow, No thanks! It’s a shame I had several people I was going to refer them too!
