I went to Dr. Laddu ~the first week of February 2022 due to heart pain and palpitations. After an EKG he had me do a stress test, an echocardiogram, and ordered me an event monitor which I was to wear for two weeks. Over the course of February, I completed each test and logged any symptoms I had during the 2 weeks on the event monitor. I was scheduled for an appointment to discuss the results of all these tests. I was told at this appointment that nothing was wrong with my heart. I requested a copy of the data Dr. Laddu looked over, and I was given the results of another patient 30 years my senior. After an argument with the profoundly unprofessional office staff, they realized the mistake and told me Dr. Laddu actually discussed the other patient’s details (who wore a monitor for 1 day over a year ago), as my own. The doctor shifted the blame to the front office for giving him the wrong report. This whole ordeal was incredibly unprofessional and borderline negligent.

After 3 weeks worth of echo, stress and holster monitor testing I went back to him for my test results after I complained of chest pain and palpitations. He was very blunt and when I asked him “what was the reasoning behind my heart palpitations?” He responded that he didn’t know and that there could multiple reasons. Overall, a very rushed visit for a serious topic, will not be coming back to him or this practice again.

Wonderful experience, starting from when he realized my chest pain was a real problem. I ended up having bypass surgery because he was very concerned. He has a wonderful demeanor and really puts me at ease. Great office staff as well.

Dr. Laddu saved my life by convincing me to have an angiogram. I ended up having open heart surgery because of a widow maker blockage. I thank God that he thoroughly explained why I needed this procedure. I'm here today because of a Cardiologist who really cares about his patients.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Laddu. He spent a lot of time and explains everything and never seems rushed to leave. He spends more time asking if I have questions and explaining things than I do asking him questions. His office staff is wonderful and very easy to deal with and are very helpful. An outstanding experience in all ways.

He's a great doctor. He took charge of my cardiac care in the hospital when my regular doctor refused to send me to a specialist even though I have many stents. He saved my life by listening to my problems.
