I was a patient at CRM between 2018-2020. Dr. Loy and the entire practice at CRM were phenomenal in aiding with diagnosis and treatment for a complex clinical problem, which allowed us to begin our family. Dr. Loy provided assistance with contacting other providers for further testing/biopsies that were needed and ran thorough/appropriate labs for my diagnosis in office. Prior to my care at CRM, my husband and I experienced three losses with associated medical repercussions. Throughout the entire process Dr. Loy was honest, informative, diligent, and caring. No appointments felt rushed and communication from staff (i.e., Pamela) was prompt in response. Thank you for your care, Dr. Loy, it is forever appreciated - we currently expecting our third and final little love.

I just love Dr. Loy. He is the sweetest, most compassionate doctor I know. Gives you straight forward success rates, but you can tell he really does this because he loves helping build families. Pamela is awesome as well.

My experience at CRM was more than I could have hoped for. The staff is really kind and Dr Loy is so knowledgeable, respectful, and very easy to talk to. They absolutely made my dreams come true and I would recommend them to anyone needing some extra help in the fertility field.

After reading rave reviews and being referred to Dr Loy, through a friend, I was excited to visit Dr Loy for a second opinion. I had two previous failed IVF cycles with no explanation of why they did not work. I had PGT testing done and I did have an excision surgery afterwards and found out I had endo. He took this an an opportunity to focus on my BMI (29), even though his clinic would be more than happy to treat me as an IVF patient at that BMI. He was quick to skim over my husband’s problematic results. I felt he was grasping at straws and very much adding to the narrative that infertility is on the woman. Please consider carefully if you are an average size woman in the year of 2023 or after.

Dr loy and his staff was very understanding, patient, and helpful with my fertility journey I would recommend this office to anyone who is having trouble with conceiving. Thank you Crm and staff for everything.

Dr. Loy and his supporting staff are truly one-of-a-kind. Your positive experience begins the moment you are greeted at the window, and it follows you until the minute you walk out the door. My first day with Dr. Loy was enough for me to confirm that I was in the right place. From a clinical standpoint, he is extremely skilled, thorough, and knowledgeable. More than that, and most importantly, he is simply just a wonderful person. He is genuinely kind and thoughtful, and he takes the time to get to know his patients to see the whole picture. Dr. Loy is considerate of all of the factors involved in selecting the appropriate fertility treatment, and he tailors the treatment plan to meet each patient’s specific needs. He makes his recommendations, but then he ultimately puts you in the driver’s seat and collaborates with you, making every effort to provide the best possible outcome. I couldn’t imagine finding a better fit to help guide me through this journey, and I am so thankful that he took me on as his patient. He is one of the best physicians I have ever met, and he makes the impossible possible. With just as much love and appreciation, I am beyond grateful for his supporting staff. They truly enhance your experience every step of the way. They have all been incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic, and they’ve treated me like family since the very beginning. I have had the pleasure of receiving care at both the Winter Park office and the Celebration office, and I have been nothing short of 100% satisfied with every single encounter at both locations. Every team member at CRM plays such a vital role in your experience, and I have not met a single person that did not go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, well-informed, and well-provided for. I have to give a special shout out to my nurse, Evelyn. As a nurse myself, I admire her for so many reasons, and she is exactly the type of nurse I strive to become. She often tells me that she’s cheering me on from the cheap seats, but she always deserves a front row seat for how much she has done to help me through this process, both physically and emotionally. She is such a blessing, and the amount of support she has provided to me along the way is something I just can’t put into words. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, she will instantly change your life for the better. She is absolutely perfect for this role, and she deserves so much recognition for all that she does, as she goes above and beyond. As far as nurses go, she’s on the highest possible pedestal. If it hasn’t been obvious enough, I would recommend Dr. Loy and CRM to anyone traveling this difficult road. There is so much more I could say about how incredible this team is, but the care they provide will speak for itself. You will be in the good hands of many, and I just don’t know how anyone could possibly be disappointed. Thank you, Dr. Loy and the staff at CRM, for being the bright light in a dark room. My husband and I appreciate you all more than you know.
