But thanks GOD , After met doctor Badillo , my big issue stomach upset , refluxo and high acid , has been solved. yes , After endoscopy I back to normally cause he did right and he is attentive to the patient far beyond normal. Excellent Doctor and wonderful nurses and staff at Advent Health Outpatient Clinic in Winter Park. This was my first time to Dr. Badillo for my routine Colonoscopy. He is knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this physician.

Unbelievable bedside manner! My husband has a very complicated medical history and was recently hospitalized at Advent Winter Park. Dr. Badillo was compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time before and after every procedure explaining everything very clearly. We will definitely be seeing him outside of the hospital for our future gastrointestinal needs. I highly recommend this doctor!

Totally disappointed in this office. Wanting to make an appt for over 1 week with no success, post ER visit.I think if a patient has to change from one MD to another, they should not be refused. We are talking about health here,that could be serious. Very sad that Doctors offices get to make that choice for you. If they can sleep at night knowing that a person is without GI care then I don’t know what more to say.

Doctor Badillo is extremely professional. He explains everything and take his time to listen all your concerns. I truly recommend him!! if you are presenting GI problems he is definitely the doctor that you need. You’ll never regret to visit his office.

I liked Dr. Raul Vidal (dr that works with Badillo) but the office staff is incompetent, dishonest and cannot be trusted to get something important done for their clients. I was on the phone with them various times since 11am to figure out how to get my prescription that was prescribed back in August (2 months ago) in which CVS never filled. I ran out of the samples the dr provided so I finally needed this RX, urgently. CVS sent them a form with instructions on what to send in order to get the RX approved by insurance, and they sent it multiple times. The office failed to complete it. I spoke to their staff multiple times today in a kind manner and explained what was needed since they were not reading directions. Eventually they told me the clinical supervisor completed the task at hand (after me having to call in and check the status yet again, I should note!) CVS STILL said all they did was send over a prescription, NOT the clinical notes for approval! Finally I was told the manager would call me right back (around 4:11pm) since they still failed to do what they needed, and guess what? she never called back. It’s not after 5pm and I’m screwed for my vacation. What a waste of phone calls and setting reminder alarms. This is why customers yell and get rude.. because being nice and patient never works. I was kind and explained the urgency and this office completely failed me. Attached is a screenshot of the necessary 12 phone calls back and forth with this office (# ending in 7015 and CVS ending in 7944). I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.
