This place was not well organized. I came in for my MRI on Saturday morning and there was only one person working up front. There were no other patients and she didnt look busy but she was rude and hostile. I had a friend with me who had been to another location of theirs and she was shocked by how hostile the woman at reception was.She asked for my insurance card and didnt know how to read it. When I said I didnt understand her question she got short with me and acted like I was stupid for asking her to clarify. She then got upset after I explained my insurance saying you should know this better when its literally her job to take down insurance. I dont know why she felt the need to be so rude.I ended up hbu g to reschedule my appointment because the copay was too big $2000 and she said she wouldnt let me backlog with my insurance or set up a payment plan. Ive NEVER heard of a place doing that. And she communicated all of this with zero sympathy. Aside from her horrendous care the place looked clean. However it was hard to find because its in the back parking lot of a major restaurant.

After a few minutes the front lady warmed up to me. But the tech and Dr McLean was absolutely amazing  Treated me in a professional manner and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I arriv mins before my procedure and was taken back at my appt time. They were efficient and I totally appreciated that. if I need further tests I will definitely return.

I have had several visits over the last few years and each time I was happy I made the choice.  Everyone is very pleasant and professional and I am extremely confident with Dr. Bove and his techs.

Staff was friendly and professional.

Hello I cant say enough positive things about this company. They went out of their way to get me an appointment asap. I was in excruciating pain and was scheduled to get a lumbar epidural. Not only did they get me in immediately but they treated me like family. It was the best most professional and loving care I have ever received by doctors and front desk Staff Im grateful for each and everyone of them that helped me. I will never forget it. I was terrified to get the procedure and they informed me of every step and made me feel cared for and eased my fears. The procedure was very fast and I would tell anyone with extreme back pain to not be scared. U will appreciate the relief Thanks again to the doctor assistant and front desk who made it possible for me to function and smile. My heart is full of love for them always

People were friendly and helpful. Location was behind the Remax office a little hard to find as it is not visible from the street. Wheelchair ramp but not automatic doors. Covid19 safe.

We made an appointment for an MRI for our daughter who has a broken arm. As they are attempting to permiten the MRI the machine stopped working and were unable to do it. Lilly lady at the front desk called other facilities to try reschedule our MRI. She continued calling other facilities even after we left. As we are driving back home Lilly calls us and informed that she was able to schedule us for the same night at a different facility. We are so thankful for her persistence. Thank you Mrs Lilly we really appreciate your acts of kindness.

The people who work at this place super nice just thatnobody could tell me the cost of my exam. The answer was well let you know after we finish the exam. My ultrasound tech Peggy was very professional and courteous. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend CDI Winter ParkLWilkins

I should have read the reviews prior to coming here however been to the location In Metrowest for years without any issues therefore I assumed the location in Winter Park would be great as well I was so WRONG.. AJ was the rudest most horrible person I have dealt with I will stop my review now as I intend to take this further for the emotional stress I have endured. I promise theyll hear from me and my attorneys.
