Staff was friendly and professional.

People were friendly and helpful. Location was behind the Remax office a little hard to find as it is not visible from the street. Wheelchair ramp but not automatic doors. Covid19 safe.

Hello I cant say enough positive things about this company. They went out of their way to get me an appointment asap. I was in excruciating pain and was scheduled to get a lumbar epidural. Not only did they get me in immediately but they treated me like family. It was the best most professional and loving care I have ever received by doctors and front desk Staff Im grateful for each and everyone of them that helped me. I will never forget it. I was terrified to get the procedure and they informed me of every step and made me feel cared for and eased my fears. The procedure was very fast and I would tell anyone with extreme back pain to not be scared. U will appreciate the relief Thanks again to the doctor assistant and front desk who made it possible for me to function and smile. My heart is full of love for them always

We made an appointment for an MRI for our daughter who has a broken arm. As they are attempting to permiten the MRI the machine stopped working and were unable to do it. Lilly lady at the front desk called other facilities to try reschedule our MRI. She continued calling other facilities even after we left. As we are driving back home Lilly calls us and informed that she was able to schedule us for the same night at a different facility. We are so thankful for her persistence. Thank you Mrs Lilly we really appreciate your acts of kindness.

The people who work at this place super nice just thatnobody could tell me the cost of my exam. The answer was well let you know after we finish the exam. This company is extremely unprofessional. Fir they scheduled me for a MRI machine that’s was to small so I had to reschedule. They don’t answer their phones. And when my doctor ordered a second MRI they told me the wrong time or double booked so I had to come back a week later. And the MRI machine was small again for the broadness of my shoulders. Then I attempted to get an access code for there patient portal and had to leave three voicemails that they never returned the call. When I finally got in touch with an employee she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. So no I would not recommend CDI.

I visited this facility. Staff very friendly and professional. Outstanding. Also On the way to my appointment I could not find the location and google search sent me to an incorrect address . I called the facility and a staff member stayed with me on the phone and directed me step by step turn by turn until I got to the facility. She did not get off the phone until I found the facility. I greatly appreciated that. Excellent customer service.

My appt was 9am. I arrived 905 am. Checked in. They already had my insurance info. I filled out the obligatory questionnaire as I sat waiting. It is now 950am. All pts have come and gone. I finally asked if they forgot about me. I was told that I was 30min late and they took the pt after me firstWhatI was not 30min late. I was 5 min late rt rush hour traffic. The person they took before me was sitting in the lobby with me waitingMy scan is a 5min scanClearly a mistake on their partMaybe picked the wrong chart first.Never admit faultIm still waiting. Almost 1 hr now.So disappointed with CDI. Ill make sure to choose another imaging center next time.CDI off the list from today forward....
