We have made numerous attempts to contact Dr. Ghandi over the last five months. Absolutely no response from her office. My husband‘s medication‘s are set to run out., and we still have not had a response from the office for renewing the script, and even the pharmacy has been unsuccessful. It is difficult to rate the remainder of the criteria below since what does it matter since the customer service of this physicians office is extremely poor? It was very easy to set the initial evaluation. After that, it has been “crickets.”.

Where to begin… approx. 6 months months ago, i was diagnosed with a benign large brain tumor. I only found out i had the brain tumor because of a random seizure i had. I was rushed to the hospital where i was given the news. After my hospital discharge, i was told i needed surgery to remove the tumor and a neurologist to manage the new high dose anti seizure medication i was put on. As you can imagine, i was confused, in shock and did not know where to even begin.. I was fortunate to have connected with Dr. Ghandi. I will always be grateful to her.. she changed my life. She immediately became my supporter through this crazy journey. Dr. Gandhi is an extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable person. She is so attentive and present. She guided me through pre and post op..She assisted me with medication management and post op symptoms. She is simply the best. There are just not enough positive things i can say about her! I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Gandhi.

I can’t thank Dr. Gandhi enough! I had a laminectomy and spinal fusion surgery on Thursday late afternoon I was actually walking Friday morning. Not only myself The nurses & physical therapist were shocked. Dr. Gandhi is a “ROCK STAR”! He is easy to talk to not pushy and will explain the procedure in detail so you can make an educated decision on your surgery.
