Roberto G Posada's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Posada was excellent but what messed him up is the staff that he has. We were in the waiting area to be called and it seemed that they were short staffed. There were two ladies needing appointments and other information and the office manager came out to speak to them and put their business out there also letting them know that they were short staffed of a scheduler. We got called back to see the dr he was super nice and understanding. We got out to set an appointment we’re told that in a few days we would get a call to schedule. Few days turned to almost 3 weeks. My husband called several times to ask if they had a date set and they continued to say the same thing no scheduler to set the date. On the last call he asked to speak to someone and asked that it not be a voicemail the receptionist did exactly that and was very rude to him as well. He did get to leave a message and told them that he was looking for a new dr. We got a callback about 2 to 3 days later from the office manager. She gave a huge explanation on why the delay. Seems that the person they had up and walked away because her husband was hired in another state and they relocated to TX. leaving them with no one. Also how the doctor was on vacation and so on… Well I’m sorry that that happened but you as a office manager should be better prepared at all times to do any job in that office. It’s very unprofessional to have to hear so many excuses about something that has nothing to do with the procedure being done to my husband or any other patient. If you have the job of running the office then do just that or pay better so that your people just don’t get up and walk away from their job. The pain my husband is dealing with isn’t something to play with. My husband finally got a call to set an appointment and he told them no because he didn’t like the treatment he received. Like I said the dr was great but they need better training and better attitudes maybe better pay so they can keep their people happy. Very disappointed 2 stars only because of the doctor.

The Dr. Posada is super friendly and delicate when treating his patients and his nurse too, but the front desk Header is super rude, she never returns the calls, are talking to her and she hangs up the phone, she yells on the phone without compassion to the patient, who calls for has an emergency situation and only the Dr. Posada can help you, Header has a 0 costumer services

Made an appointment. Asked my previous doctor to send medical records to this office. Called Dr. Posada’s office a week later to confirm they received my records. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message asking them to inform me if they did not receive the records. They called me the day before my first appointment to confirm my appointment. I asked if they received my medical records. Guess what? They didn’t have them, and couldn’t be bothered to return my phonecall to let me know. Therefore I cancelled my appointment, and will not be wasting my time with this office.

Thank you again Dr Posada. My husband recently had a tumor removed from his colon and the procedure went amazingly well. This is a truly God gifted surgeon. He is feeling better than he has felt for years. His health is restored to normal. How fortunate we are to have great doctors like this in Orlando.

Dr. Posada did an amazing job on my total thyroidectomy. If you know the precision this surgery takes, it's not an easy task. He was very detailed and kind! I appreciated his cautious approach before, during and after surgery. My scar is healing nicely and I have no complaints. I'm now cancer free thanks to Dr. Posada. Thank you!

Dr. Posada is amazing! He did my gallbladder removal surgery. He is an absolutely amazing Doctor! Everything went well. I can’t thank him enough! His office staff is great. The surgery was good and all the nurses and doctors there were great. I was so nervous to get this done and everyone made me feel so good that I wasn’t nervous anymore. 1000% recommend him!

I had a mammogram & MRI showing several shadows on my tests. WCFR/Dr. Eileen Rosario/Dr. Maria Castro ref’d me to Dr. Posada who removed the areas. His office staff were excellent in coordinating visits & surgery. (Jocelyn & Michele) Dr. Posada was very thorough in explaining test results & the removal process. He met with my daughter after surgery to let her know how surgery went & called me right away after receiving the biopsy results. I am so grateful for the care & compassion I received from Surgical Associates of Central Florida/Dr. Roberto Posada!!
