Great dentists, terrible system. Confirmed appt via text, email, and voicemail, received a reminder text and email at 2 PM day of my appointment, and was told at 4:15 PM after I had checked in at 4 PM that my appointment had been cancelled because I had not confirmed my appointment. This after I heard them talking about how they were running behind.

Very clean and professional office. My periodontist has 5 stars on Healthgrades and his work sure showed it! No complications and easy to make follow up appointments. I was originally coming here just for my periodontal work but I am switching to their dentist too!

I had an appointment at 11am to be told that my insurance had drop me, so I canceled the appointment. I called my insurance immediately and was told that I was covered and I had not been dropped. Elise and Gloria were the receptionist that attended me. They both lied to me telling me that it was because of my insurance and wanted my insurance to fax them to let them know I was covered. Then told me that I still had a slot available if my insurance could fax them my eligibility. I thought sage was a professional place but it seems to be run by liars and I even took time from my job to come and do this appointment to be turned around and lied to about my insurance. I hope you guys can do a better job. If you guys are booked than just tell me you are booked and not lie to me.

Staff is really friendly, unfortunately waiting time take longer than expected as they overbooked appointments, they tend to re-schedule or make you pay for two visits to get more money from the insurance. Based on my experience, they did my x-rays but wanted me to book another appointment for cleaning, which appointment was scheduled to do both the same day (as most dentist do). They charge you for extra services without discussing it with the patient.

A very clean place. The receptionist named Gloria is awesome. What a beautiful personality. The actual dentist are also great now the assistant manager that was there needs to get some people skills. Maybe she can learn a few things from Gloria. Otherwise I recommend Sage Dentist hundred percent just be ready just in case that assistant manager is at the front desk, no people skills at all other than that it’s a great place for all dental services .
