Dr. Patel took the time to listen to every question that I had. she is very compassionate and caring. She took the time to explain her answers so that I thoroughly understood. All the staff, Missy, Denise and Kendall are extremely helpful whenever I speak with them. I believe that Dr. Patel is a very thoughtful and always ready to answer any question. I never feel rushed when I have my visits. She is a wonderful person and awesome doctor.

Dr. Patel has been my physician for 2 years. She has been very caring and concerned about my general well being. I have found the staff is very obliging when a refill is requested. She has given me referrals to specialists when needed. I have not waited more than 10 minutes to be called back for my appointment. I feel very fortunate to have been accepted as one of her patients.

Horrible service; waited in lobby for 40 mins then taken back to office only to talk to her PA; doc finally came in to address my needs; changed all my meds bc they were the type that had a water pill included in my bp med and she says the reason they are separate now is to help the pharmacy with their shortage in meds; I had to ask her about my lab results and why she doesn’t request same tests as previously, she had no idea why things were missing and forgot she even had me do labs. So disconnected and couldn’t even remember who I was.

She prescribed 2 medications that made me very sick for 2 months (bed-ridden). Dr. never addressed my concerns. I, myself, diagnosed why I was sick. She was embarrassed that I did her job, hence she released me. At my last visit, she left in a huff!!

This is one of the worst Doctors that i have ever came across. If i was able to give her no stars i would. She is awful. When patients try to makes appointments she makes an excuse to why she can not see them. She leave patients in her office while she goes to her kids school to drop things off. She reschedules patients numerous times because she never wants to stay late. Just over all one of the worst doctors i have ever come across.
