Back for for another review lady lake location this place is awful last couple times I came in the doctor slawich I’m not sure if that is the correct spelling but like I said I come here to get better and the last couple time this doctor at the same exact time has “Emergency “ then I get told sorry can’t see the doctor what’s the point of me even coming if I can’t see the doctor hands down would not go to this place I make my appointment 545-6 some day I would like to get better and me attending this place hasn’t improved one bit

As a doc, this is the most disgraceful practice I have ever worked for. The CEO is a greedy POS, I assure you. You will be a number to them. That’s how places like this work. They only care about your money, never about you. If you need real care, this place should never be your choice because they only look for employees that they can work like puppets or will drink their kool aid. They literally hired and fired 6 staff in the 3 months I was there. I’m sorry but that’s sensational. Huge red flags here! Please be smart!

This location is unprofessional and do not care about any patients wellbeing.I waited 2 hours here before I had to reschedule my appointment due to overbooking. And this wasn't the first time. Also had a doctor here misdiagnose and ignore my symptoms. They are awful

Derek from Medical Records was extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. He had an attitude from the beginning of the call and gave me such a hard time about obtaining my records. You guys should probably get rid of him.

If you're looking for excellent service and care you may want sterling medical group.. I'm usually sceptical of any new place and they did an amazing job of keeping me engaged with any process and procedures that would consist of my care and recovery they were great as a whole. The ladies and gentlemen at Sterling are very professional while getting therapy I have enjoyed some enjoyed pleasant conversations and it helps that they are serious about your recovery I was always greeted with a smile. I would recommend anyone that needs therapy to go to Sterling
