List of Sunil Kapoor's Reviews
Do not go to Dr. Sunil Kapoor. I am a registered nurse in Central Florida that has worked very closely with this physician. He is arrogant, presumptuous, absent, and is no stranger to making false accusations against other healthcare providers in order to protect his own skin. His brother is also a physician who just consult each other regardless of expertise, disease process, or patient acuity - even going as far as consulting for procedures that Dr. Sunil Kapoor does not regularly perform - placing patients' safety at risk for the sake of "keeping it in the family." It i$ not about the well-being of patient$ when it comes to Dr. $unil Kapoor, if you're catching my drift.
Professional, knowledgeable, caring, excellent Cardiologist and thorough. Always explains everything and takes his time with every patient.
Best service
He almost killed me years ago while I was a patient at Winter Park Hospital during a nuclear stress test. I had a severe anaphylactic reaction to the dye but he wouldn't even look at me or listen to the nurse when she told him what was happening. He continued sitting at the desk & looking at the computer. The nurse had to write out a prescription for life saving medications & FORCE him to sign it. Then she took off running to get get the meds. The next thing I remember is her telling me, "Welcome back. I'm glad you decided to not go to the light." She let me know that I coded & that they almost didn't get me back. She informed my regular Cardiologist, Dr. Jamnadas, about what happened & he demanded Dr. Kapoor either immediately transfer me to the main hospital on Rollins or discharge me so he could do a direct admit to the main hospital. Once Dr. Jamnadas received all of the medical records from WP hospital, he let me know that Dr. Kapoor almost killed me.
I was on the table and one of the assisting technicians asked me who was doing my stent. I replied Dr Sunil Kapoor. He said "but Kapoor doesn't do stents"; I was terrified. Kapoor tried to insert the needle up my leg after I told him I wasn't numb yet.
Wonderful Doctor , saved my Father's life many times and helped my mother with her heart issues. Very professional , Kind , Courteous to family members explaining the issues very accurately.
Dr. Kapoor, the Florida Hospital ER staff and first responders saved my life on Dec. 31, 2013. I was in acute pulmonary arrest and congestive heart failure and he was the doc on call in the ER. I trust him explicitly. He’s very good about explaining things to my family and me. His office staff are very busy but always remain friendly and professional. Thank you all!
Very knowledgeable cardiologist, took care of both of my parents' heart issues. Very professional and kind. Made things very easy and accurate when explaining the conditions to family members. Save my father's life many times.
Dr Kapoor saves my dad’s life over 15 years ago. Open heart surgery and my dad is still standing. We just made an appt to see him next week and I can’t wait to see him again. God bless this Dr.
He was on call for my mother's regular Cardiologist. She had a concern that she didn't feel was urgent enough for an ER visit while her doctor was away. He was incredibly rude and would not let me speak. I hope we never have to deal with him again. He could have said what he needed to say without being a jerk about it and try to ease an elderly woman's mind.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
