The confirmation call received before my appointment asked me to be 1/2 hr early to fill out paper work but the doors did not open until 15 minutes before. My wife and I were concerned that something was amiss but waited just the same. Dr. Kannan was very thorough on my 1st visit. He explained the good and the bad helping to ease my fears. My wife and I both came away from the 1st visit with a confidence knowing that we had found a good Dr.

Dr. Kannan is a wonderful doctor and takes his time at your visit, BUT, the overall appointment process, scheduling - follow-up from staff and ease to discuss concerns are a COMPLETE disaster. The system has changed over the past year...they have hired a call center service ! Horrible now....if it were not for Dr. Kannan I would leave.

Dr. Kannan is nice and spends time with you, BUT, the overall appointment process, follow-up referral process and rescheduling appointment is a COMPLETE nightmare. It takes a lot for me to negatively review any service unless i feel it will truly it help others make better quality decisions. I feel inclined as we are dealing with a pain management center and an institution that should help with pain not cause more. If possible choose another center who will see you in a minimal amount of time.

I have had other epidurals by other physicians in this practice but he excels above all. His bedside manner is so gentle and he asks questions. He listens carefully and remembers what you say. Also I got a lot of relief from the first injection and after the second I was completely pain free. I was able to resume my normal activities and I felt like a real person!

I am not only rating for Dr. Kanann, but his entire nursing staff, radiology, and desk staff. I have been treated with great kindness and patience. His staff in knowledgeable in everything that they do. They are always making sure you are comfortable throughout the entire visits at every visit. I never have to wait. If my appointment is at 9 I get there at 8:45 AM and I am seen right away. Dr. Kanann takes his time to listen at every visit and has been a tremendous help in managing my pain whether it is a "10" that day or a 4 on a scale of 1-10. I want to take the time to thank Dr. Kanann and his staff for such compassion and knowledge.
