Svetlana Cascio's Online Review Report Card

I found out I was pregnant with my first child last September and decided to go to Dr. Cascios office. Dr.Cascio and the entire staff was so great to work with during my pregnancy. Every appointment was quick and I always left feeling very informed and comfortable. Dr. Casio delivered my baby boy and she was amazing! I was scared going in and am so happy to say that I have nothing but positive memories from my labor and delivery experience. Highly recommend this practice!

This is the worst office I have ever been in. I have never seen such a bad attitude towards patients. The lady at the front desk just doesn't give you the opportunity to get to the doctor. They offer a time that doesn't fit or simply refuse the apoitment. I would recommend changing all the front desk staff, they are very disrespectful and disgusting work.

The worse staff I have ever talked on the phone. They care only about your money and extra fees. Rude and unprofessional staff.

I will only go to doctor Svetlana Cascio As my OBGYN doctor. I drive quite far to see her since she moved from Maitland office years ago. I am over 50 years old and she treats me wonderfully and she's an excellent doctor. The staff is nice I've never had a problem with them and even if I did I would still see the Doctor anyway because she's wonderful.

Can tell about the building only for now. Later will change review about doctor and overall experience! For start looks good.

Had to drive 40 mins there and 40 mins back for them to tell me that my app was rescheduled. They have my ph number, my email. I had NO missed calls from them, no voice messages and no emails. What a waste of time.. if they forgot to call me they can just admit it. Customers service isn’t at it’s good.

The best Doctor i ever met! Thankfully for everything you have done for me during the labor and all my pregnancy…

I am writing this post because I heard other similar story from another girl and I understood that she is doing it a lot. Dr. Cascio is a C Section friendly doctor, I don’t know how but she lead me to do one. Highly don’t recommend her!!!! I would even suggest the clinic to make some investigations of her qualification.

The staff at this place are awful, I experienced such bad treatment from this office. If I could give less than 1 star, then I would. They do not care if you had a miscarriage, pregnant or do not care if you are trying to conceive, they only care about money. I was shouted at on the phone several times by the business payment manager as I was inquiring about why they are charging $425.00 for my first visit which should have only been $35.00. She stated I was being too demanding by asking all the questions I had. It seemed like she had no interest in her job and made me feel like I shouldn't ask questions and should just pay and agree to what they are saying. I had to have my husband call as the lady was so rude and they shouted and wouldn't let him finish his sentence. She threatens to cancel my appointment at this point my husband told her to cancel it as there was no way he would continue have us treated this way through out my pregnancy from this provider. This was just one occasion. I had been there a few times last year and had a terrible experience with them and again I had near to same experience from this place but for some reason decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! Ladies if you are pregnant, please do not choose this place for your care, I cannot express how much they do not care about your health and do not know what they are doing. There only concern is how much money they can get from you.

If I could give less than one star I would!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never been so mistreated by a doctor in my life. Dr Cascio is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist is very kind and tried to help. Dr cascio refused to see me for my pregnancy because she thought I went to another OB. I didn’t! I explained over and I over I did not. I went to a fertility clinic to see a reproductive endocrinologist when back in July of 2020 I asked her to run my labs and check where my fertility levels were at and she wouldn’t because it hasn’t been 6 months since my previous loss and told me i was young. I’m trying to be my advocate! So I had to seek treatment in a fertility clinic. I ended up pregnant and she won’t see me when I want a second opinion from my fertility clinic. Who actually refuses a patient when in need??? What kind of dr is that?!?!
