Dr. Moncman was punctual and very understanding of my situation with my broken ankle. She took her time explaining the injury, healing process, and outcome. She worked with my unique schedule for a follow up appointment. The entire team from the front desk staff, X-ray technician, and multiple nurses and staff were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Moncman and Rothman Orthopedic.

The worst! Zero bedside manner. This visit was to see a spealist and further Diagnose a 5th metatarsal non-displaced fracture. Not only was this Dr. a literal machine, pushing surgery which came to find out after my second option was not needed. The first day I met her after being seen by a sports medicine Dr. In the same practice Rothman orthopedics, I was told to be non-weight baring for 4-6 weeks, ( I arrived on a knee scooter) she advised the x-ray tech to have me do a standing X-ray? This of course didn?t happen. I questioned this to her as this happened prior to meeting her she laughed and said it was a ?mistake?. There was zero way I was going to trust Tara or the Rothman orthopedic team. If your looking for the surgery option zero bedside manner and a dose of fear, I would recommend Tara.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Moncman! She took the time to answer all my questions and help me navigate and personalize my pre-and post op treatment based on my goals. She is very empathetic and really cares about her patients Her entire staff was always helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend Dr Moncman based on my patient experience and for giving me peace of mind when I needed it most!

My MTP joint was diagnosed by another DO who was changing his practice over to Rothman. The timing of my need for surgery and when he would become established would not work out. So I called Rothman to see one of their DOs for the surgery. Wow, what an unexpected experience I had with Dr. Moncman and Shelley. Dr. Moncman is very passionate and skillful. Rothman is building a great team that specializes in their area of care.
