We went for an appointment today. We sat for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. The doctor ran 1 hour plus late. The office never told us. When it came time to finally go back we were the last appointment before lunch time, the nurse said the doctor is hungry it will be another 1/2 hour. Told them nope. She gets the nurse who assists for dr cooper and she said no. You are next and last patient for the morning but the dr is hungry. I said we have been here for almost 3 hours. Sorry dr is already gone! This office is horrible! Nothing but issues. Scheduling in wrong locations. Terrible. They don’t care about the patients. Just the PIP MONEY. Go somewhere else. Worst office and care ever
Dr. Cooper isn't my regular pain management Dr, but my Dr was out of town. I needed to be see quickly due to an accident and Dr. Cooper was able to get me in right away. He is the first Dr that I explained my situation to that took the time to help me understand why I was feeling what I was. His bed side manner is incredible and I felt like he actually cared. Thank you Dr Cooper!!!! I am hoping to switch to you soon.
Dr Cooper is an extremely kind, caring compassionate Dr. who takes a lot of time discusing your best treatment options. I have total confidence in his skill and appreciate having a caring Dr who goes over and above to help his patients. He is Awesome!
The absolute best patient experience I have EVER had. Dr. Cooper was empathetic and seemed truly concerned with my well being. I have been paranoid about needles since I was a toddler. No one in my family knows why and I have tried to adjust; without success. Dr. Cooper knew EXACTLY how to treat me (as he put it like one of his younger patients). I was administered a simple oral medication before the procedure while talking to my daughter and all I remembered was getting in my car to go home.
Wonderful doctor with great bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
