She wasn't very empathetic, didn't seem like she cared about the situation. Every telehealth visit I've had with her lasted no more than 5 mins, no matter a change in my progression of my mental health.

Two coordinators told me different things about picking up my medical record. I don’t know why they have a policy that prevents ME from picking up MY records same day?! It is MINE. For everything else I would simple sign a release form and get my record immediately after. Why do they make patients sign a medical release form for medical record and then make them wait 4-6 weeks?

Awful! Did not take concerns seriously and showed a lack of patient care. She was always late and held her appointments no more than 5 minutes. She also roasted me with my issues of anxiety and depression. Find a different doctor!

Awful! Does not show any compassion, listen, or even care about patients concerns. She was late for every appointment and did not explain conditions, made false diagnosis's, and treatment plans were a nightmare. She roasted me for taking an FMLA from my job to get myself help. Stay away!

Sent my wife a "prescription card" that didn't even work. Been through this before and I just don't have the patience.

My 8 year old has been seeing Dr. J for ADHD and anxiety for the past 6 months. She is very patient and great with children. She is an excellent listener has paid very good attention to his symptoms allowing her to diagnose my child for other hidden conditions that we were unaware of; other providers failed to notice. I highly recommend! Wish she had a private office somewhere else though as she currently works in a Mental Health Hospital which may be a little uncomfortable for kids.
