Vivek Kumar's Online Review Report Card

Dr V Kumar was superb! He listened to my concerns and educated me on my condition. I never felt rushed during my appointment and as a medical professional myself (which he was unaware of), I know that he is treating my condition appropriately.

Great doctor. He did my EMG couple days ago and I had only positive experience. I was seen on time and Doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His medical assistant was great too.

Never go to this doctor. After waiting for a long time, I went to his office, he talked to me for only five minutes and ordered to take MRI and passed me to other doctor. He did nothing for my pain. He did absolute nothing at all for my illness and pain. Zero, zero, zero. Fire this doctor. I don’t recommend him at all.

He is not a kind or caring doctor. He also doesn’t fill out FMLA paperwork. Hopefully this saves someone else from being scheduled for a multitude of testing just to line his pockets.

I am currently in the care of Dr. Kumar and I can only say positive things! I have had severe back pain for almost a year and upon my first visit he was able to identify the issue and gave me an rx to temporarily eliminate the pain until I can get an MRI and we can find the root cause. As soon as I took the first round of the prescription my life changed.. I was able to walk and function without pain. I cannot wait to follow up with him next week and work on a permanent solution to my back pain. Thank you Dr. Kumar... you have helped me so much and words cannot describe how happy I am right now.

If I could give this Dr zero stars I would. After waiting for this appointment for more than a month and a half and then waiting in the waiting room to be seen for over 2 hours this Dr comes in and spent about ten minutes in the room arguing with me telling me that what I was already diagnosed with from another provider within the same company was not real and is not the cause of my excruciating pain. I also asked if I could get paperwork signed for my job (my normal provider was on maternity leave) because I couldn’t perform my duties due to the pain getting so bad and he refused, he said to go to my PCP that knows nothing about my condition. I was told “if you want a second opinion I can send you to another dr” and walked out. He really does not care about his patients concerns or complaints. Then I was shocked after reading his notes on the visit, he said he spent over 60 minutes with me discussing the fact that the diagnosis is in fact not my issue. Never sent me for updated imaging either and the imaging I had said there was sacrilization of the L5-s1. Never again I will definitely be doing research on my future physicians. I left crying with frustration and a feeling of defeat.

Dr. Kumar was the worst!!!!!! He dismissed me without even really listening to me. Saw Dr. Brian Patterson and he listened to me. X-ray showed my L4 was slipped and MRI showed disc was gone at L4 L5. Dr. Snavely just did a lumbar spinal fusion on me. Already am so much better. Wasted a year after I saw Dr. Kumar because he was so rude and I was done with doctors. Zero stars for Dr. Kumar!!!!

STAY AWAY! Vivek Kumar, DO and Seana Coughlin ( practice manager) wrote false notes on my chart, DR. Kumar never followed through with me after a procedure, never followed through to do his job with insurance, he submitted totally wrong information about me and Jenny his assistant told me that my insurance was denied because the Dr. Kumar never submitted any notes 6 weeks after the appointment. He is careless, found a better doctor who actually gave me great care. This doctor is super young and was unprofessionally dressed at the day of procedure too. They fired her because she was telling the truth. I tried reaching Seana, not able to get an email for her or even extension number. Stay away if you are in pain, go somewhere else.

He gave an ESI to my wife, never explained the procedure or even spoke to her while he was doing the procedure. He rush out of the room and seat outside texting on his phone. She left on a wheel chair and passed him, he never even knowledge her or even asked how she was doing. His millenial behaviour is not acceptable.
