this doctor went against my specific instructions and performed an excision with out my approval. I am now severely limited as a result of his negligence. If murder was legal, I would personally murder this dr macksoud many times over for the deception and eventual harm he caused. No doctor has the right to do what he did to me and if legal recourse fails then I will do him properly
