Doctor Purkey and staff did an excellent job. My surgery ended up going far longer than expected and I had no complications due to anesthesia.

I wish Dr Purkey had asked me more questions about my previous anesthesia AND RELATED DRUG interaction history BEFORE surgery -- my sensitivity to opioids did not come up in conversation because I had never had any trouble with ANESTHESIA -- the only question he asked, besides allergies to meds. If he'd just asked a few more questions, we could have avoided 3 hours of bad reaction to dilaudid post surgery in recovery, and a subsequent related visit to the ER 2 days later. He's a nice guy -- be sure to tell him about OTHER drug issues you might have.
