My experience here was wonderful even though it was a long wait. These people were going above and beyond even when they were slammed because 2 other locations were closed and everyone was being referred to them. The PA Jennifer was incredible, best health care provider I have ever had. Caring, compassionate and had a sense of urgency! I had a horrible ear infection and a ruptured ear drum and the pain was excruciating. Immediately she talked to me and saw it was no joke! She did everything immediately (much better than my primary only doing the bare minimum) She controlled the pain with in minutes and began a treatment plan that was manageable and and I am on the up and up back to work on Monday. I know where to go now. They know the meaning of urgent care! Thank you all! I know you did everything you could for me💖

Staff has been extremely kind and friendly each time I have been there. The wait times have been non existent. Everyone has been attentive and helpful. I highly recommend CareSpot to my friends and family.

Yesterday I was turned away because of high amounts of poeple with appointment are coming to there location is am on crutches with i think I have a broken toe but I waited in line to be turned away then went home made a appointment came back 10:30 for appointment filled out ipad and waited only to be told know that they dont except my form of payment and again there's nothing they can do for me ..... Its just really sad .....

Called in a day prior to set up and appointment to get a wart checked out on my arm, told the lady about it and she set an appointment. The next day I went to my appointment and sat down. Not even a minute after I sit down and the women says “we don’t do anything for warts”. Not sure why I wasn’t informed when I called the day before, but overall super annoyed and dissatisfied as I wasted my time for no reason

I was recently seen at this care spot and I called to get clarification on a prescription the next day and spoke with Danielle who was extremely rude and said the doctor gave me the information on paperwork and hung up on me. Definitely would not recommend being seen here.

Jennifer Agostini was the P.A. that I saw. She is very thorough and listened to my answers carefully. I was there for Covid testing, which was done in a reasonable length of time.

Lots of staff and very friendly and caring. I was desperate as my sinus pain was severe and that just seems to happen when my doctor's office is closed. I love my primary care doctor and staff but they deserve their time off. Carespot was there for me. thank you
