Horrible to try to book appointments, they have more business than they can handle and easily brush you off. Had to cancel an appointment, the next available is 45 days later and they laughed. Will be finding another doctor! Reaching them on the phone is a joke. They clearly cannot handle their clients. Shame, some of the staff is nice.

I originally scheduled an appointment in December with Dr. Guevara and had to wait until March 12 to be seen. The appt. was cancelled (with less than 24 hours notice) because DR. had a seminar, and rescheduled with a NP for the following week. That appt was cancelled 20 minutes before because NP had issues with her children. Rescheduled again for March 19, and yet again cancelled because NP would be on vacation. This is unacceptable. I found another provider who was able to see me 3 days after calling. I read reviews about this office and saw many other complaints about scheduling. Patient care is obviously not a priority.

I attended an appointment with my brother who is a patient of Dr. Guevara. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, compassion and professionalism. He was very through and addressed all concerns. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk is near impossible.. always HAVE TO LEAVE a message, and maybe they will get back to you.. But this leaving a message on the phone, never getting someone when I call is very bad.. The front desk needs to be retrained. Plus change their recorded message to only English, ( press 1 for Spanish)if needed.

Never had a better doctor. Dr. Guevara really takes time and listens to your concerns. He's kind and funny and never fails to call back if you call his office with an issue. Can't say enough good things about this physician.

I started using the services of Dr Guevara shortly after arriving in Florida almost four years ago. His seems to be a relatively new but conscientious practice under auspices of JSA Medical group in Winter Springs. All races and ages welcome to that rapidly growing business. For those who want gender specific physicians there is a female physician sharing that practice and female nurses. Dr. Guevara seems to have have a hand in training his staff to be conscientious, courteous and helpful. (The present hostess (telephone/information) is one of the best I have encountered. Empathy is the key word in describing the practice.

Dr. Guevara is amazing! Very attentive and caring, he leaves no stone unturned when caring for his patients! (All while smiling and making you feel like his only patient. :)
