Jeffrey Kugler Md's Online Review Report Card

This was the first doctor that actually went over the MRI and showed what he was seeing. He took the time to explain and educate and recommend options for treatment. Did not seem rushed. Friendly staff and great follow-up.

I’ve seen a few dr for my knee but dr kugler was the best. He was honest and straight to the point. He did injections to my knees which helped a lot. He’s staff was great. I loved dealing with all them. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kugler was fine. Never remembered who I was. His Physician Assistant was amazing. I had surgery at his surgery center and I have PTSD from the experience. The worst experience of my life. They were running behind and after my surgery they did not offer any comfort, water, empathy, etc. I had shoulder surgery and woke up with a numb arm and had to ask for a sling. I heard them Talking about how upset they were that the surgeries ran long because of the traffic they would face. My husband had a medical situation and wasn’t able to pick me up pick me up so I had to call my friends and they weren’t able to make it right away. They basically wheeled me into the lobby and had me wait for my friends. There was one time nurse who waited with me. It was the worst nightmare I couldn’t even imagine. The only reason why I went to him is because my lawyer sent me there. A complete racket. I was in an open room after surgery listening to other patients screaming in pain. Awful

Dr Kugler is exceptional in my opinion. I have had the best experience with him on my fractured left patella. I appreciate the care and treatment I have received. Thanks

Treats you like you're wasting his precious time. Doesn't bother to look at your file and runs out of the visit before you can ask a question. One of the worst doctors I've ever seen .

My first visit Dr. Kugler took the time to explain what my problems were, based on an MRI ordered by my chiropractor. The second visit was terrible. He didn't follow through on anything he said he would do on the first visit, obviously didn't even look at my file, based on the questions, never went over the MRI that HE ordered and rushed out before I could ask any questions, and never came back in. Finally the assistant came in, while I was waiting for the doctor to come back, and said I could check out, even though I never got to finish the visit. Horrible treatment. I won't go back.

Office is terrible, wait time. HE is part time and office is so unprofessional and so is management. NEVER GET A CALL BACK.

In 2014 Dr Kugler did two knee replacement surgeries on me. He was very honest and explained everything to me and my wife. I did all the therapy he recommended to me and i am doing great. I would highly recommend him. He may be tough with you but in the end you will be glad he was! I have had no problems what so ever! I go once a year for a checkup and never have i had a problem.

Waste of your time. Don't go to him, he doesn't care about you, he won't listen to what you have to say. And you'll waste your money. He knew what was wrong with my back and didn't tell me everything from looking on my MRI review..I had to find out from a different doctor to get my full results...so disappointing
