List of David White's Reviews
I am a disabled woman due to shrapnel in my head and severe concussions. I have severe posttraumatic stress disorder. I went to Dr. White to be my GP. He was rude. And, he didn’t understand the symptoms and requirements of a person who has had that kind of trauma. Two prescriptions he wrote were stolen out of my home. I called the police and followed their directions and made the report. The police told me to bring the police report to the doctor and he would be required to write new prescriptions. (the police did find who stole them). I followed the police officers' directions, gave White the report; he refused to rewrite them and I ended up in the hospital due to the lack of these medications. All doctors swear to the Hippocratic oath which states that a doctor will do everything that she, or he can do to assist their patient to better health. Not Dr. White.
Very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. He knows more about me than me. All his recommendations were to the “T”.
I am a former hospital CEO so I am very picky about my PCP. I've been with this practice for years and feel very comfortable with him. He is knowledgeable and on top of his game.
Major HIPAA Violations and extreme unprofessionalism displayed by staff!
These doctors absolutely don’t care they are reactive not proactive. They never have an on-call system. Not a reliable practice that you can count on. I will choose another provider because you will be sorely disappointed. I have never experienced such uncaring people in my life. The staff is also very unhelpful. You leave a massage and no one calls back. Is this the doctor that you want/need? I think Not!
Dr White was more interested in how much money he could bill on my visit for vaccines, tests, and medications than in providing me with education and alternatives to make informed choices. If you are someone who wants to be involved in their healthcare decisions this is NOT the doctor for you!
Without a doubt this staff is the most uncooperative people I have EVER dealt with. I tried to get an emergency refill on my blood pressure medicine but was denied. When I first went to the office in July 2020 I lived in Fernandina Beach. In October I move to Vero Beach and my new PCP (through Medicare) cannot see me until April. Dr. White's office said that I have to drive over 200 miles for an office visit in order to get a refill prescription. So I am now without my needed medicine. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Always have to see NP unless able to wait 2-3 wks for appointment. Dr White always takes time to explain and answers any questions. Able to be seen same day if you don’t mind seeing PA. Office is efficient and easy to talk to. Nurses are great.
Dr.White has been our Dr for 15 years now. My only complaint is the wait, and he doesn't visit the hospital, so doesn't seem to be fully updated on any hospital stays
My mom had stage 4 cancer and she wanted to do home hospice. Even the hospitalist agreed. Dr White told her and I was there “that old people are his money bags” He started to leave and I said where are you going? Once again he said he didn’t want to put her in hospice. My mom was crying so I told him I didn’t care what you wanted but my mom who is dying needs a hospice order. He acted annoyed and finally agreed. Shameful!!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
