I saw Dr. Hoff-Joinville at the Care Spot in Yulee, and she was awesome! She listened to my concerns and was very thorough. Great bedside manner. I was so impressed that I am looking into seeing her as my new primary care physician.

Always takes forever to be seen. they messed up on my prescription and i called to have them fix it.. i called back 2 weeks later and it was still not fixed. ended up getting not enough medication. took over a month to get results back on a simple check up! do not recomend

I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen and had to fill out MOUNTAINS of paperwork with statements saying that I could not receive any of the same meds she subscribed from any other physician I happened to be seeing and could only use ONE pharmacy to get my meds and could not change without her permission. The incompetent office staff didn't bother during that 3 hrs to verify my insurance and were trying to get me to pay the full fee in cash before I left. Then my prescriptions were held "hostage" from me even though the doctor knew I was going through serious withdrawal from antidepression meds and suffer from severe chronic pain. I called over 2 wks about the prescriptions and was assured they'd be sent to the pharmacy but they never were. How can a doctor refuse to give you prescribed meds that are absolutely necessary for you to take ? I'll NEVER go back again.
