Ahad Mahootchi's Online Review Report Card

I decided on The Eye Clinic of Florida and Dr. Ahad Mahootchi after research on both doctors and the different IOL’s that are out there. I wanted a premium lens (PanOptix) and they are not cheap. I knew of someone that had the same lens and paid twice what The Eye Clinic of Florida charged me. I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Mahootchi and his entire staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Even though they were always busy, when you were with them they did not hurry you to move on to the next patient. They answered every question I had and any wait times were minimal, which was great. I do not need to wear glasses at any time now. What I had dreaded to do before, I now wish I had done sooner. It is so nice to see clearly again. With Dr. Mahootchi, I only needed one eye drop daily (bedtime) whereas most places use multiple eye drops 3 or 4 times a day after surgery. That would have been a nightmare for me.

Dr Mahootchi is exceptional. Passionate about eyes and life. His staff compliments the positive vibe in the office. He saved my husbands eyes and welcomes new patients as family. We drive 2 hours and pay out of pocket. Dr Mahootchi is truly The Best!!

Awesome staff, always a great experience when I come in!! Dr. Mahootchi is super easy to talk to! Definitely recommend coming to this office. Wish I could give more than five stars!

Cost and experience made my decision and the doctor and his staff confirmed I made a good one. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Even though they were always busy, when you were with them they did not hurry you to move on to the next patient. I’m from Canada and I’ve been struggling with dry eyes I have done I lux, radio frequency, PRP drops and nothing has seemed to work. Doctors here have dismissed my concerns leaving me feeling hopeless. Every time I go for an appointment or follow up or a consultation I’m paying $70, $140 just to talk to the doctors. I did some research and came across Dr. Mahootchi clinic I was taken aback with his strategies as this is something they are not implementing here in Canada. So I emailed him and he called me providing me a free consultation which that alone is amazing as I’m paying out of pocket for every little thing here, he took his time and explained his strategies he even offered to talk to my doctor on how to make the serum drops. He came up with a game plan for me on how to go about working with my doctors and advised if I don’t get what I need here to come visit him in Florida. This diagnosis has left me feeling very sad and frustrated but Dr. Mahootchi has brought hope to me. Thank you!

I would have to say this is by far the best experience I have ever had. It was my first time, and they were very thorough, explained everything, and I love that the offer other services! 100% would recommend.

This doctor is a very hands-on doctor. He's very much a People person. I give him a lot of credit for his experience in cataract surgery. I had cataracts in both eyes and I just got my left eye done. My right eye was done a month ago and now I can see I give him so much praise for the experience that he has in doing this. I am so happy that I can see thank you doctor you're the greatest. I'll give you five stars.

As my first time being given a full eye exam, The Eye Clinic of Florida exceeded my expectations. From the ease of the check in, the professionalism of the staff, to the honesty and care shown by Dr Huang made for an experience that I will share with family and friends. I would highly recommend this clinic!

He’s the best! He & his staff has what it takes; compassion, skill, professionalism & his bedside manner is what every doctor should have. I recommend him whenever I can.
