This place does not care about patients and the staff is horrible and rude. I have never had a good or pleasant experience dealing with this office. The incompetence and lack of caring is blatant. I was also very uncomfortable with having to tell a man at the front desk why I was there.

I called their number multiple times to make an appointment. No one picked up and then the automated message said they would call back. When they called back, it hung up. Then when I called again no one spoke but I could hear a TV in the background along with other people talking. Then it transferred me to the main menu again. Called back with the same results. Sounded like someone is working from home but not doing their job. :(

Dr.Williams was amazing, she took her time and really thought out a care plan for me. One of her recommendations was surgery and I am so glad we made this decision. Her and her staff were beyond excellent.

My experience as a new patient with this doctor deserves negative reviews, but that's not possible so she gets one. I made it very clear that I only wanted the doctor to do my exam the entire time I was there. I didn't want anyone else, including medical students, to touch me. Not only was mostly everyone super pushy about him being in the room, but as my exam was happening, I looked down and he was doing my swab. Wouldnt have been an issue had I not previously made it clear on paper I didn't want the students touching me. When the doctor left the room for me to get dressed I had to throw my cloths on and rush to my car so I wouldn't have a panic attack in the office. When I came back in the doctor had her MA ask me to speak with her, to which I said no. I left and came back one more time to report the incident, and when the manager brought me to a room she again attempted to explain away the incident. Ehen I politely said no thank you, she said "fine you don't want anything to do with me" and left the room. This is the behavior of the DOCTOR. At the least I am appalled. This is not the behavior I expect from a medical professional, least of all the doctor, especially one who specializes in such a sensitive part of the body. On top of that, she told me I'm not old enough to decide for myself that I don't want children, that the fact that I might regret my childfree decision one day is why she refuses to sterilize me. She tried to further rationalize her point by claiming most doctors will not. So I guess if her colleagues jump off a cliff then she's going to join them because that's what everyone else I'd doing, not what's right. If you're a young woman who respects her bodily autonomy, DO NOT go to this doctor. I will be finding someone who not only listens to me but doesn't tell me what I should or shouldn't do with my own body.

Called in to say I would be late by a few minutes and they said that was unacceptable and I had to reschedule even though today was the only day I could make it. I’m human, humans are late. I’ve been going there since I was 15 and I’m now 22 planning a family. Rep hung up on me instead of saying we will wait since you’ve been coming here for years. She also laughed at me when I said I would be late.
