You could not ask for a better Opthalmologist. He did cataract surgery on both my wife and me. Excellent results. We had RK surgery done in the 1990s which makes this more difficult. Dr Spanich handled it with no problem. He also will not push specialized lenses unless you need them or request them. Great personality and very skilled surgeon. Just go to him!!

Dr. Spanich took great care of my mom during her recent cataract surgery, she has dementia and was very anxious, but the entire staff did a wonderful job keeping her calm.

Dr Christopher Spanich had been my ophthalmologist for the last 11 years since I moved to the Tampa Bay Area. It’s my pleasure to write this review on him. He has been taking excellent care of my diabetic eyes through out.. He is a polite gentleman, always cheerful sociable and understanding, ready to explain details of my condition and treatment options clearly. I trust him fully and feel in good hands with him. I wish him all the best. Keep up the excellent work Dr Spanich.

What kind of business sets your appointment to see a different Dr. when you ultimately chose Spanich for a reason? Then your set up with someone new. Every appt. after that was NEVER Dr. SPANICH! Why??? I got new glasses through my new blond gal. My eyes were blurred with an without my new glasses, she said to give the glasses more time. I did went back she spent no time at all with me on my next session. Meanwhile I feel half blind. Called to have them checked again an was told I would be considered new patient an he was booked months out. On his site he's accepting new patients. Will new patients wait months? Setting an appointment with someone else other than the Dr. you signed up with without your knowledge an having me keep that Dr. is just plain wrong. Sorry.... not sorry. Cinda

Dr. Spanich is friendly and professional. Explains everything thoroughly about my glacuoma and made me feel less anxious about this condition. I recommend him!

I had been going to The Perich Eye Center for a very long time. I was comfortable until I had eye surgery of my left eye and my vision got worse after the surgery. I try other opthalmologist but was not satisfied, this is my vision. However, I saw Dr. Spanish and he was thorough, explained everything he saw in my eyes and problems I have!! Dr. Spanish and his staff are great. I wish I could give them 10 stars. This Dr listens to you, no rush and explains everything. Would highly recommend him .

Dr. Spanich saved both of my eyes from going into closed angled glaucoma. He truly cares about his patients. When I have questions, he takes his time to answer them.

I had trauma in my right eye, severe bleeding, not knowing if I was going blind. He opened his office on Saturday evening at 6pm, with lots of patience and thorough examination, he took care of me. I was impressed. He made us feel very comfortable being there on Saturday evening. You can't ask for better urgent medical care than this. Thanks for the care.

Great Doctor. Put me totally at ease with the thorough explanation of the problems I had with my vision, and the corrective action he would take when it was necessary. I personally know one of his patients that had cataract removal from each eye and now only needs reading glasses, that was super. All his office staff are knowledgeable and amiable, easily walking you through preliminary procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Spanich for all your eye needs.
