This facility is extremally under staffed. Good luck getting your phone calls answered! Staff is VERY RUDE!!!!

Horrible Customer Service and a staff that does not care about the patients. For a week, they kept telling us that their computers were down when we called. I informed them that my son was running out of his medication, and we needed a refill. They would say "no problem" and "we will handle it when the computers came back up". They also said they would call us when their computers were back up. Finally, my son ran out of his medication, and never receiving a call back, I called and was told they cannot refill his medication without setting up an appointment, which there were none for almost a month out. Avoid this place - they have no idea what they are doing.

NP Rita Morgan is amazing! She is very patient-centered and is informative, kind and empathetic. I have had numerous Dr's and NP's throughout my life and she is, the very best. The office staff is also awesome and accommodating. Love them all

Terrible, unprofessional. I went there for depression from a divorce. My therapist, Felicia Seal was always late. On my second appointment I showed up on time and waited for an hour and then was told I had to reschedule because another patient had an appointment, although I already paid my co-pay. Then It was decided that I needed more help. She scheduled me for an appointment with a Dr. Traveti an his office wouldn't take the appointment. I made another appointment with my therapist and she dropped me as a patient without referring me anywhere.

I have been seeing the Doctors at FMC for years. I have x-rays, blood work, and specialist Doctors there. I've always been satisfied!

Unprofessional staff. When I called to schedule an appointment i was told i could no longer see the doctor because of a missed Telehealth appointment that i decided to try, which i did not receive a phone call from the doctor to begin the appointment, and because i rescheduled "too many" appointments . The holidays is a crazy time of year which is why i needed to reschedule. Not to mention the fact i moved up to this city 2 months ago and have been job searching. No warning that i must not miss any more appointments they just dropped me without any medication.

I received a packet from my primary care doctor, Dr. Moorthal!!! It was paperwork, I needed to fill out for an appointment with Rita Morgan, ARNP at FMC-Psychiatry!!! There were several pages that were personal, and several others that I had to read and sign!!! I was very apprehensive about a few of them and I wrote on those papers why I wasn't going to sign!!! My husband and I determined that I would wait and ask about the questions before I signed them!!! Other papers asked about my allergies, another my medications, one for my health issues!!! Instead of writing down all the information on these, I went to My Health Record and downloaded it, then printed My Health I reports to assess what I wanted them to see!!! Also, the report I was using was updated on November 18th!!! On the paperwork for the doctor, I wrote in the appropriate spaces, See Attached!!! I attached them to the back of the personal papers!!!

The front desk and Dr. don't care about patients or your mental health. When I scheduled my appointment, I didn't realize the office was an hour north. For my first appointment I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork, which was sent in. My appointment was for 3 PM, and due to traffic I showed up at my appointment time of 3 PM. On my way to the appointment, I called to notify the office I was running a little behind but would be there on time. When I arrived, I was told I was supposed to show up 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited patiently while the lady clicked a bunch of buttons on her computer, only to be told since I was "late" the doctor refused to see me. She stated I could come back tomorrow for an appointment if I wanted to, but I can't take off another afternoon of work to drive an hour north to see a doctor who refused to see me for showing up on time
