I’ve been with Dr Reichmuth for 6 years for allergy shots and generally see him 1 time per year. He is great but I am now told I have to see the PA instead of the Dr himself. Really, the Dr can’t spend 7 minutes a year for an annual? Shame on you! I have to pinch myself to remind me healthcare is no longer healthcare but simply a business. Surprised and saddened to see your practice has turned that way too.

Rude staff. First off you have to wait forever on the phone and the recording is so loud. If you turn it down you can’t hear the staff when they finally do answer. They mock you for not knowing how many refills you have left when the doctor just looked at your file and said you’re good on refills. Then you try to get the prescriptions refilled and they mock you if you can’t say the name the way they say it. And the pharmacy says it differently. They blame the pharmacy for your prescription not being refilled and the pharmacy blames the doctor. Meanwhile you just need your medicine. Also make sure they give you all the instructions for any tests you might get.

Dr. Reichmuth is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to clearly explain complex issues. He doesn’t over-prescribe like some doctors. He is patient and listens to my concerns. Great doctor!
