Trying to get referrals by phone is impossible. Staff is useless because they cannot use common sense to understand the issue. Phone calls are NEVER returned & always requires face to face interactions.

Dr Heron is amazing! I recently changed primary Doctors because I was not happy. Dr Heron explained what each and every medications I am on is actually for. She spent time with me so when I left for the first time I felt like I finally found a doctor that listens to what you have to say.

Chose this doctor/office after inquiring on her history in medicine coming from where I was from in Queens N.Y. being as she was on my Carefree plan. Called for an appointment on 6/30/2021 as a new patient and explained that I had several catastrophic ailments, cancer, chronic RA, Aggressive Myositis which has me in a wheelchair, Diabetes, etc I was told the next new patient appointment was at the end of November 2021. Guess the young lady wasn't even concerned about my ailments. What a horrific manner in which to welcome new patients. No empathy or compassion for the sick anymore. Absolutely disturbing that doctor's operate in such ways.

Trying to get a referral for an eye Dr. For an eye infection is a pain. Been calling the office every other day and get a different excuse each time. Been 2 weeks and no referral.
