They schedule you for first appointment of the day which is 9 am and you still have to wait. The doctors think only their timse matters. These people going there are sick the last thing they need is wait so long. And when they finally come in they give you five minutes of their time. I will never go there for myself again even if I have to pay out of pocket. The nurses are great and some of the doctors are very good but it still doesnt make it worth the wait. After all there are a lot of good Drs out there. It is worth the time spent trying to find them.

The staff are disrespectful and unprofessional in addition to being disorganized. They are literally afraid of giving care or speaking to legal guardian of a patient. In addition to that they went out of their way to say they charge extra for a doctor note or just go to your primary care doctor and don’t bother us.

Never met the doctor I was supposed to. Instead a girl was seeing me and walking back a forward from the exam room to talk to him. Then they kept harassing me for a bill that I thought was covered like they said. The health system in this country its terrifying. $$$$$$

We rarely have to wait very long to see a doctor. The staff is always helpful. Tests are are up quickly. Everyone is very pleasant informative and cooperative.

Kathy was great Made me feel relaxed while reviewing paperwork kept my spirits up. The nurses anesthesiologists nurse practitioner and doctor were all great reviewed everything with me more than once so I knew what was going on. Including length of surgery and recovery time. Thank you all for your hard work and effort. It was very much appreciated

Very disappointed with the staff at this location. I cannot believe the lack of respect I received here. The lady with dark long hair behind the desk who I wasnt even speaking too decided she needed to be in the conversation while I was asking why they did not do flu test when my husband very possibly could have the flu. Instead we paid $110 for a covid test and a temperature check by the doctor. This dark haired lady felt the need to wail her arms up in the air and say because we just dont when asking why they do not do flu testing. It was very uncalled for and left me shaking. Also was given the incorrect information that CVS and Publix do flu testing when they do not. This lady mustve needed a lunch break The other lady at the desk was not rude and kindly gave me the information I needed when asked.

I need a phone number to speak with a manager to have my information purged from the system. I have not gone to anyone this year. I wouldnt.I had an awful experience awhile ago and have had no intention of returning have NOT made an appointment. I got a bill for a no show for a nonexistent appointment.Who do I speak to? I will not email someone.
