Love the stage. Very caring and considerate. Yes you have to wait but it’s worth the wait. They are truly awesome people.

Went for a preemployment physical and drug screen. Sat in a room for an hour waiting for someone to come get me for a drug screen. Then waited another 45 minutes to see a NP who took my blood pressure tapped my knees and left within 4 minutes. Im not sure they completed everything required for the DOT paperwork. This was a tragically bad experience that ended with me being yelled at by nurse staff as I walked out the door. Im a very easy going person and I dont normally leave reviews. But its agitating to be told were busy and hear a gaggle of nurses laughing and joking on the other side of the exam room door. 010 worst 3 hours of my life and I had to take the FCAT.

My husband and I have both used this Urgent Care they are wonderful we saw different Doctors and liked them both very much

I have been many times. Very nice staff and great Doctors. Very fast and professional.

Erin at the front saved the day I would have given a totally different review had she NOT been there. The check in receptionist was unhelpful abrupt and had the personality of a chewed popsicle stick. Erin was able to help me out with my situation and get us in and out within 30 minutes Had I not had the encounter with the initial receptionist I would of given all 5 stars ⭐️Florida Medical Urgent care—> Erin deserves a raise

I went in tonight around 7pm with an infected cut and was told I needed to start antibiotics TONIGHT. Confirmed with PA that meds would be called into Walgreens zephyrhills. He said he would call them in in about 15 minutes. This was at 830. It’s now 1030pm. My meds were never called in. I waited and waited and waited and even checked CVS in zephyrhills but nothing was called in for me anywhere and the urgent care was locking up and shutting down as I was leaving. So I wasted 3 hours and 80.00 and I got literally nothing to show for it. I’m home and in just as much pain and discomfort as I was before now I’m just angry on top of it.

Son needed Covid test on a Saturday no other places were open until Monday. Went to Urgent Care and worked me in to be the last test they gave that day. Also had an issue finding correct insurance information. People at front desk area worked hard to find it. Thanks to the staff.

Place is a joke for covid testing. I went there to get a covid test was told “we have paused testing because we are too busy” so I came back the next day waited outside before it opened for 30mins and when the doors opened first thing that was said to the line of people was we aren’t doing covid testing. Would of been great if a sign was put up or we got a heads up before hand. Waist of time.

I was in from out of town. Allergies started acting up. When I sawThe nurse practitioner. She would not even listen to me when I tried to tell her why was going on and why needed to be done. I hope I don’t end up in the hospital because of this. I know my symptoms and how I react when my allergies act up. Worst place ever.
