One of the best company

FootPrints home care services is one the best home health agencies that we have known so far. Our son needs skilled nursing care at home because of his medical diagnosis. We tried different agencies in the past but none of them were able to provide consistent care. The nurse would show up one day and next day there would be no one coming to work, and the excuses of the agencies used to be that they’re short staffed. Our son’s APD care coordinator recommended FootPrints home care services to us. When we talked to Ms. Yvonne at FootPrints, she sent the nurses for our son right away. Since then, we never have any issue about my son not getting skilled care nursing at home. We are so thankful to our son’s APD care coordinator to help us finding the reliable home health care services. Ms. Yvonne at FootPrints is the best. She always put her clients and their family first. Thank you so much for your service.

She is God sent..I was new to st Petersburg n she helped us with everything..She became a very important part of our lives..She was always there with great ideas to keep my daughter busy..Whenever an emergency she made sure I had help to back me up...I landed out in hospital n she was there to make sure I had 24 hour respite..She goes out her way to make sure paperwork is done correct n efficient..I'm now in West palm beach n I can still call her with questions about services..Please know when u call Yvonne she is the best of the best to make sure u have answers to all your questions..Stay blessed n 🙏 I will miss her..20 stars for Ms Yvonne who is like the best for our children knowing her has been a blessing. She does her job flawlessly n keeps our kids safe n happy..

I believe these reviews were made by staff members. This agency is never on time. Employees fail to show up for there shift. When you try to contact the owner Yvonne she never answers. Her employees try tomorrow contact her with issues especially when someone doesn’t show up to relieve them and she still will not answer the call or reply to there text messages. This is one of the worst agencies my family has ever dealt with. I would recommend you keep looking if you are in need of an agency this is not the one. There has been times where the staff is so short they will hire someone off the streets without even doing a background check and send them to your family home for services and the person has never worked professionally in the medical field.

Footprints provided us with an amazing worker. Susan did an excellent job for us! She wasn't here long but left an imprint on our family. She showed up every day and treated our son like he was one of her own. Love the job she did!!!

This agency is one of the best that I have worked with to get information, services, and the boss is very accommodating to the clients need.
