Met Dr Ismail in Zephyrhills hospital. He was very polite and helpful. If I ever need a cardiologist, he will be my choice.

Started with this team upon being in the area. Mentioned to physician that I had Afib and former team of professionals did nothing nor referred to cardiology. This team viewed the report on my phone, they started to work right away. I very quickly had a stent placed in artery 90% blockage, now to have the cardioversion done. One could have succumbed to the former teaching hospitals groups of socalled professionals major errors.

Dr. Ismail is a Great doctor! He is easy to speak with, and is very attentive to your concerns, is very knowledgeable, and helpful to work with you to improve your cardiac issues. Doctor and his staff are nice. I am happy that he was referred to me.

My experience was NOT like the other reviews. I waited an hour, saw the doctor maybe 5 minutes and he was arrogant with no time for me. The office staff has no time either. I cancelled a follow up because they can't even tell me how much of the expense I have to cover. I called and the lady that answered immediately said, 'no copay.' I explained I had been there once, didn't pay a co-pay, and ended up with a $200 bill. Being close to Christmas, I wanted to know how much another trip to the rude one would cost, but they had no time for that. If YOU want respect and a doctor that listens, THIS IS NOT THE OFFICE FOR YOU!!

I met Dr. Ismail approx 2 weeks ago when he performed a cardiac cath and temporary pacemaker on my Uncle who was admitted to the ICU at Advent Health Wesley Chapel. My Uncle is alive today thanks to the expertise, caring and compassion of Dr. Ismail. My husband is a cardiothoracic surgeon and I am retired from healthcare. I would highly recommend Dr. Ismail to anyone wanting a cardiologist a highly skilled cardiologist.
