List of Jonathan Kaufman's Reviews
I made an appointment and gave my insurance information on the phone. On the phone I told them I have both Medicare and a supplemental insurance and they participate in both. I filled out all the forms online but left out my social security number which I don't give out to anyone because of the possibility of identity theft. When I arrived at the office I was told the doctor would not see me without my social security number because in case I didn't pay my bill they needed that to send me to collection. They already had my insurance cards and a copy of my license. I pay my bills plus they participate in both of my insurances and I was willing to pay my copay upfront. I was told that my only alternative was to pay out of pocket for everything with no insurance. I left the office. This is a warning to anyone who feels like me that having my SS# in the same place as my license and other identifying information is a recipe for identity theft. As an aside a few years ago a friend of

I have been getting my eyes taken care of at the Bushnell office for several years. I have always had a good time while I am there. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Jonathan Kaufman also did my cataract Surgery. My eye sight is 20/20 today. I am very impressed with his knowledge. I have recommended Jonathan to others. He takes the time to explain things and will answer anything questions that I have. Great personality!
This is my 2nd and last visit to this clinic. The 1st visit last year was not good either, however, I was willing to say "stuff happens". This visit, I arrived 7 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment. At 10:00, I asked how much longer and I got a shrug and "You are next to be called", so I left. Thinking about this, the part I dislike the most is the basic lack of customer service. So this experience and the last visit's experience and the conversations I overheard while waiting are why.
Great,friendly,knowledgeable Doctor.
Great doctor!

Dr. Kaufman performed my cataract surgery. I now see 20/20.
Great experience. Kaufman has a very clean, modern office. The staff was very friendly.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
