I got the impression he could care less. I went in for a general complete exam first visit in Feb 2014. About a week later at my retina specialist I had really high pressure after an injection, the retina doctor asked did Dr. Faust check for that. I went by Dr. Faust office to get a copy of my records and have them send it to my retina specialist; when It was not received I called his office and was told it was in his office that he always reviewed them before sending them out; I still do not have my records nor does my retina doctor. I went back yesterday because my eye pressure was up and my retina doctor could not give me a shot in my eye until we get to the bottom of this. I sent an email, called 3 times and finally got in and then Dr.Faust acted mad and said what was the emergency? I told him I only have the one eye. Dr F. told me to stay off the internet and trust my doctor. I am suspected glaucoma and He scheduled me for tests next week. I am looking for another doctor.

This Doctor could not Care have cared Less from the time he entered the room to examine my eyes! For over 34 years I have had my eyes examined and he ignored me when the intense direct light was causing me pain in my eyes during the exam! Afterwards I asked if the light would cause my eyes harm and he ridiculed me for saying something! He expressed absolutely no empathy. He sarcastically said, "Do you think we would use something that would harm your eyes... Then he said that the other item that was hanging on the wall would be even More light! Again, totally showing blatant disregard for me and what I was experiencing! Every other Doctor would shine the bright light into my eye for a fleeting few seconds... Dr. Faust kept it in my eye ignoring the obvious signs of distress! There are too many caring Doctors to be examined by. Stay away!

I had LASIK over 11 years ago, performed by dr. Faust. I still have 20/15 vision! He did a wonderful job!
