I was never able to see the doctor so I cannot speak to his care but I was assigned him as a PCM. I made an appointment and it took months to be seen. Of course I got a stomach bug and thought it better to keep my virus germs to myself. I called and cancelled. I try calling again to make an appointment months later. I was informed that I was a no call no show and they will not see me. I knew I had called so I assumed it was a clerical error. They then said they would “do [me] a favor” by charging me $40 and still seeing me. I argued it since I knew I had called. Reminded them that clerical errors are human errors which we are all capable of and was essentially told I was a liar. I am severely disappointed with this office. I was told I was belligerent when I made the comment about filing a complaint.

I have been seeing him for almost 25 years. He talks to the patient explaining what tests or medicines are needed, not just saying do this and take that. He keeps me up-to-date on what I need to be doing healthwise, what medicines are needed & why and what is new medically that I should be aware of. His referrals to specialist have been good. He is my GP.

Dr. Nystrom is kind and professional. Have been with him for 25 years because he takes medicine seriously. His diagnoses are accurate and on target. He will not disappoint. As a retired nurse, I don't ever think of seeing another physician.

My husband and I having been seeing Dr. Nystrom for years and would follow his practice anywhere in the area. He listens to your concerns and does a great job of explaining any needed medical information. He is great about sending you to the best specialist when needed.

Horrible... run the other direction... A misdiagnosis almost cost my husband his life. The staff at this place defines the definition of rude. If u want an office that they treat you like crap, in average wait 45 min past your scheduled appointment time to see anyone. How they get away with how they treat people amazes me.
