I would give it zero stars if I could why have walk in welcome then have zero opening to see someone

If I could give zero stars I would. They have "walk-ins welcome" signs all over the place but they don't take walk- ins. I just went in and the place was empty. They would not see me. No compassion whatsoever.

The lady at the desk was very nice. But maybe don't have a giant "walk ins welcome" sign in your window if you're by appointment only. It was just kind of frustrating to wait 20 for them to open so I could get in fast just to be told they could maybe squeeze me in 4 hours from now.

This little clinic is great. Clean and quiet. Got lucky with someone canceling thier appointment and they saw me quickly. Roxy at the front is so friendly and helped me get some medications cheaper before I left. Saw some reviews complaining about it not being a walk in anymore which isn't 100% true since I got lucky walking in. I couldn't get into the Advent Health urgent care down the road because they were booked with appointments too. I guess it's the luck of the draw with urgent cares nowadays with COVID.

Best experience ever! I take my dad twice a year for his visits and they are so wonderful! very helpful and super friendly! My dad is a senior citizen and He's really afraid of needles, but Roxy always takes his blood and he doesn't ever feel any pain or complain! Thanks Roxy!!!!!!

Love this place. They are super friendly. I like that they know who I am. I also like that they listen and do not rush me in any way. My quality of life is better because of their cares.
