Dr. Branch is extremely rude and condescending. A truly awful experience from the moment he walked into the room. You will not complete a sentence without Dr. Branch trying to invalidate or belittle anything you’re trying to say. His behavior is inappropriate. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The office staff was pleasant to work with and very understanding. Those ladies certainly do not deserve to work in that kind of environment. Please take note of all of his recent reviews prior to scheduling a visit or just make the drive anywhere else and save yourself time and money.

Bad bedside manners.

Called the after hours service because I was on so much pain from my 3rd ear infection in a year. In tears from pain hoping for anything from a few tips to hold me over for the weekend to a last resort Rx for even 1 night. Called me back and treated me like a drug seeker when he can look at every thing about me as a Florida medical clinic patient and see that is not the case. Didn’t ask any questions about my symptoms/pain and told me I could make an appt during the week or go to urgent care then hung up. I’m now contemplating taking ALL my healthcare needs out of Florida Medical because he was such an unbelievable a$$hole. If you are going to be rude and short at least be good at your job and ask me questions/try to treat me/head me out. Then I can at least walk away thinking, ”Well, he’s an a$$hole but at least he knows what he’s doing”. This was a last ditch effort from a mom of 3 who leaves herself at the bottom of the list of priorities and he made me feel worthless.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My family will NEVER be returning to Michael Branch. Brought my parents here to check an abnormal growth on my dad's neck and Branch berated him for not seeing a Moffit cancer specialist, and was visibly shaking with anger, seething! My dad had to beg him to even look at his neck and throat. He was hostile towards my mom for being in the exam room, refused to let her speak, and insulted her in front of the nurses as she left the room. Imperious, rude, and extremely unprofessional! Its time to retire Branch, maybe seek anger management too!

I seen him once, never again! I went to him about my cough I have had for 1 year & 5 months. All he did was put a light down my nose to see down my throat, I guess, he didn't see anything! I wasn't able to say anything about my symptoms or ask any questions, I just had to listen to him on what he knew it was! I already knew I wasn't seeing him again!

Took my 88 year old Mother who has Alzheimers to Dr. Branch just to remove the wax from her ears. He did not speak to my Mom at all. My Mom moved when he started, and he refused to continue. I requested he tell her what he was going to do and he refused. He has no compassion and is the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. He deserves 0 stars.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! He is very disrespectful. He does not listen to anything you have to say and will interrupt you the entire time. He is dismissive and rude. I would never recommend anyone see this man. His arrogant attitude is just not necessary.

My mom was referred to see Dr Branch for possible hearing loss. First she had a 4:00 appt and Dr. Branch did not appear in the room till after 4:30. No one checked on me during the 1/2 hour. Upon his entrance he threw the door the open and his first words were "why are you here?".....I explained and he brushed away my explanation and was alittle harsh. There was asst with him and saw his behavior towards me...He was rushing and did not want to hear anything my mom said. Hit an instrument put to my moms ear and said You hear this. Mom stated yes. Your fine and my Mom got very angry at his disgusting non caring demeanor and let him have it..he then told the asst you handle and slammed the door. She felt for the asst and she apologized for his horrible behavior...the young lady at front desk asked my mom for future appt? My mom told her even if i did I will never come here and left angry...I will be telling my Dr who referred this alleged Dr Branch. Horrible service. No bed side manner at all...needs to get a life and if not happy then retire.... .

Dr. Branch and his staff are amazing. My son was able to get an appointment quickly and his care has been second to none. He needed a complicated surgery and Dr. Branch thoroughly explained the procedure to us and answered all of our questions. His staff is pleasant and attentive and I didn’t have to wait 24+ hours for a callback if we had a question. Dr Branch is a true professional and I have been nothing but impressed with the care my son received. I highly recommend Dr Branch and his team if you/family member need an ENT.

My appointment was made by Dr Bunker's office. The visit was okay until Dr Branch came in the room. He was arrogant and condescending and treated me like I was wasting his time. A $50.00 visit ... what a waste of money! I will never recommend him!
