My wife was very ill with stomach pains and diarrhea.Was asked to come and take Covid test which was negative and wouldn’t see her just told take over the counter medication she would be ok. Now we are sitting in the ER . Just started seeing this guy and can see from the get go he is a quack. Me and my wife will be dropping this guy and I’m telling her parents and everyone I come in contact with in person and social media to drop him or not even consider him.

Dr. Patel is the best doctor by far that l have had since I left Indiana in 2007. He took the time to explain my test results, and asked several questions about past and present health issues.He also donates some of his time to serve people in third world countries. I resonate with this since I do this service in Brazil, Kenya and South Africa.

If you are sick you will NOT be seen. I have been sick twice and called since 8am. No appointment made. Had to go to urgent care. What is the point of having a primary doctor if I will not get seen when needed.

Incompetent and rude is what I have to say about the staff. If there was negative stars I would select that not worth 1 star. I booked an appointment over 2 months ago only to get a call the day before to tell me they don't accept my insurance. They don't know who booked the appointment and why the insurance is listed on there website as they accept it. This is incompetence at its finest. When I scheduled the appointment I confirmed they accepted it, unto today it says they accept it on their website. DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE POLITE AND TO DO THIER JOB.

Dr Mikin Patel has been my most favorite doctor to date. He always listens to me, and gets me the best plan of care he can and will explain the process as we go. Purposefully changed insurance providers to stay in network with him. Very personable and knowledgeable doctor. Staff has always been fast and accommodating for me and are always providing a clean safe environment.

The Florida Medical Clinic is very easy to maneuver around and the people there are so helpful and nice. Dr. Patel was super nice and made me very comfortable for our first consult. He explains things in a very nice way that is easy to comprehend. I think he and I are going to have a great medical relationship! Kudos to Terry & Dennis for the great recommendation!
