Have had the worst ever experience with this office with whom my mother is a patient. She is elderly and has sustained an injury. The staff sits on urgent referrals for days and sometimes weeks. The female MD who works there is rude, unkind and uncaring and has sent my mother home in tears. The staff lies when confronted about URGENT referrals that are taking weeks. Dr. Rodriguez seems kind and caring, however he makes promises that are then not followed through on; such as "I promise I will take care of you", but then I'm waiting more than 5 business days and having to call both the office and insurance company to get a referral processed. I would not recommend this office and if we could change physicians at this point, we would.

I work for a medical office and know both sides, this group has got to be worse than going to health department horrible service staff is sneaky and malicious. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wouldn't take a stray cat there for medical care!!

The office staff is horrible unprofessional, lied when asked about there negligence and Rude! Leave people to fend for them selves, don't go there if you have a managed health plan and depend on your PCP to get you authorization for medical services! You will be SOL.

Ins co assigned as primary care phy..would not give referral to specialist in same network wife has been usimg for 10 yrs.Reason why ? Just their policy Put that together with moddle of the road rating Glad we changed to seome else

If I could give him zero stars, I would. This man should not have a Dr. license and I will be advising anyone that I can to investigate him and his medical practice. There is NO bedside manner and his English is deplorable. Pick ANYONE else.

Terrible, very distant and seems to not care about anything except routine lab work. If that is what you want then go to him. If you have anything else good luck!! Office staff are not very good either except for Tia who is the shining star of the entire place. Totally dissatisfied with him and have now changed Doctors.

If you just want routine lab care and maintenance meds then he is fine. If you want a Dr. that listens to you and seems to care don't bother. I get more compassion from my dogs. I tried him for over a year and was completely unhappy so I changed to a new Dr and hopefully I will have someone that cares about me. The office is also a mixed bag with some staff making snarky and rude remarks to other staff. Tia is the bright and shining star out of the entire place. If you need something done she will take care of it for you. Proceed at your own risk!
