DO NOT HIRE Safe at Home Private Care. March of 2022 my aunt, who lives in Zephyrhills, hired Ms. Mayorga, owner of Safe at Home. Ms. Mayorga was contracted to provide support services such as light housekeeping, errands and rides to appointments, while my aunt recovered from a hospital stay, twice a week for four weeks. Ms. Mayorga requested a deposit for the full amount of the contracted services because she told us clients had not paid her in the past. After receiving the full amount of $992 for her services up front, she proceeded to charge my aunt weekly for the service. When we questioned her, she told us that the $992 was just a deposit and that she would pay the full $992 back to my aunt when the contract was complete. We have spoken with Ms. Mayorga multiple times over the last eight months and despite many promises, Ms. Mayorga, still owes my aunt $992. A responsible business person, would have held the deposit in escrow, available to refund. Clearly, this is not what Ms. Mayorga did. I am leaving this review because we do not want to see anyone else ripped off by this business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Constantly late for appointments. They pressure you into signing up for automatic payments. I insisted paying cash since they do not accept checks. They screwed my family for $104.00 and never showed up to finish what we already paid for and never returned phone call. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
