Absolutely wonderful experience with the staff here. The paperwork was a bit intimidating but I understand they need for as much info as possible. They were really fast to see us and we're super sweet to our 5 year old with a speech impediment. Im happy we've found such a friendly group of pediatricians for our kiddos.

Excelente,experiencia ,mi hija está con esta pediatra desde el 2021 ,y ahora con mi nieto estoy muy contenta u satisfecha con todas las muchachas y la doctora, son un amor ,la doctora siempre hace todo porque se sientan bien sus pacientes dedica tiempo a los niños te aclaran cualquier duda que tenga , con los niños , es muy cariñosa sin dudas recomendaría 100 % este lugar ….

While I do really like Dr. Lukert, I’m at my wits end with the staff. The woman that worked the front desk had no common medical knowledge and was not a good people person. I’ve had multiple problems with the billing department not doing their part to get some claims resolved. I went in for my son’s 6 month check up and the young man that came in to give my son his shots was wearing slide sandals. I requested the other medical assistant come in to do the shots as she was actually dressed for the job and I could hear her outside the door openly complaining that I had requested her. I’m not sure we will be returning after this.
