I went to have an evaluation for stomach issues and seeing a new doctor can be troublesome. After talking to Dr. Chami for the first 10 minutes, I was at ease. During my first procedure, he spoke with me before and after, making sure I understood everything. He’s a wonderful doctor.

I absolutely love Dr.Chami. He was so pleasant and thoughtful. I did alot of research searching for the best quality gastroenterologist in the area and he exceeded my expectations by far. He was very knowledgeable, conservative and genuine. He spent time listening to my concerns and issues. My nurse that checked my vitals was very sweet and kind. Every other front nurse staff in the reception area were not that friendly but were also not entirely rude. I would highly recommend Dr.Chami for your gastrointestinal concerns.

Staff are either incredibly rude or frazzled. Had a pretty bad experience, enough to make me prefer driving 35 minutes from then on rather than deal with them. Florida Medical Clinic clusters their doctors so the staff problem effects all of their Zephyrhills gastroenterologists.

Look, he is a great Doctor. But the upfront staff lacks respect for his patients. And give you the feeling that your time is not a concern. Instead of a simple apology for running late. Your told, that's the way it is. And that it should always be expected. They think it's ok or normal to wait a half hour or more past your appointment time before even getting to the exam room. It's not! I'm the one paying for the insurance and copay. My time is important too. If all your appointments require an hour long window before getting in. Then you should state that up front. And not be so dismissive and snarky about it!

Extremely rude staff, acted as if my appointment and visit were an imposition on them. This was my first and last time I go here. They are lazy and ignorant and tried charging more than my insurance allows. NEVER AGAIN!!
