This Dr. is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Her office is now closed with no warning. She was there one day and gone the next. The office staff was great in handling the situation as I could tell they were blind sided as well. Barnabas did not handle this matter very professionally and I would never follow this physician to continue care. Any Doctor that leaves their patients with no warning is not a doctor I would want treating me or my animal. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!

Front desk staff is very rude, office is now closed with no notice to any patients in writing, Called to pickup up medical records and was told to come in, got to office and was told sorry we are too busy to get them for you ; we will call you when they are ready. Never got a phone call, had to call again and was told I have to come back between 8-3 pm to come get them, they wrote a few doctors name on a paper at window as a referral to other doctors. No on call doctor was provided .

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Mitra about 2 years ago... loved her from the first visit, quiet, calm, listens to what you say, I even recommended her to my daughter. Office staff is amazing, very, very helpful. However, I just recently discovered that the doctor had a medical emergency and they are cancelling her appointments. It's very upsetting since the staff can't tell me if she will be returning and there is no covering physician. Don't know if we need to find a new doctor??

I had a horrible experience ... Her staff is rude( Beth) she sent me to doctors for no reason .. Wasting my time and the doctors time .. Would not call me when I asked for a call back from her ... Awful .. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy to that office

Saw this dr for the first time few weeks ago. Was very impressed. Diagnosed me and sent me for testing like every doctor should. Office staff was very nice and very helpful. Would defiantly recommend!!

everything was horrible, from the wait time to the service i recieved. She was totally unprofessinal, she yelled at me when i was upset instead of trying to help. I recently found a new dr for which im extremly happy with. Please shop around for a different primary care dr before seeing dr mitra!
