I've been seeing Dr. Moscoso for about 3 years. Recently he did surgeries on both eyes. I could not be happier with the outcome. Pleasant and easy to talk to, he gets my recommendation.

I have been seeing Dr Moscoso for the past 3 years for retina issues. He takes his time, explains thoroughly, answers all questions and always makes sure you understand what's going on. I highly recommend him.

Started fine but when he performed surgery for my detached retina, he never reattached it after he claimed he did. This was in 2017 and after numerous surgeries I still have not regained my vision.

Excellent doctor - gives a detailed exam and very patient in explaining conditions to patient. Doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures but sticks to what is necessary to maintain eye health at optimized levels. Staff at the Zephr Hills facility are super cordial and everyone working there makes it a positive experience from the time you walk in the door!

Went there today for my first visit and was impressed by the Professionalism..I was concerned about Floaters and Flashes in my Eye and they took me Immediately and gave the Best Care...Would Recommend them to Everyone..!
