My daughter and I love this place. Everyone involved from the front desk to the doctors were extremely knowledgeable and really made my daughter comfortable, listened to my concerns and explained in depth anything I asked about. Love this place, thank you!

We had a great experience! Ms Sue was great with my little guy. I'd totally recommend this place. We didnt have a long wait at all, but even if we had to wait longer it would have been worth it for how thorough the visit was.

They are nice here but its the slowest urgent clinic i've ever been to. It's so ridiculous I had to walk out after being seen and go to a different clinic. Prepare to spend at least half the day here.

Great place to take your kids and yourself if under 24 years of age. I’ve been here on more than one occasion, and most of the time they are fast, efficient and thorough with visits. They always tell me what’s going on with my daughter and why she’s having those issues (congestion, ear infection, sinuses) etc. and even myself! Thank you for being one of the only good options for pediatric urgent care in our community

The wait time is ridiculous . The drs are friendly once seen how ever one of the ladies attitude at the front desk is rude . I will never ever take my kids there again I will make the drive to night owl over this clinic . Dealin with a sick kid an then getting the run around about being seen is a little observe an then when u realize I was right you wanna give a snooty attitude , no thank you I will take my kid an business else where !!! I have never dealt with this type of stuff from a drs office ! No compassion , at all with my kid bein sick an it’s clear she has insurance !!!

1-2 hr wait quoted at check in. Was there over 4 hrs and still did not got seen. Checked In at 240 ish and had to leave at 650 to pick up other child. Very disappointed. I’m normally a patient person and this was not just a small wait. Better off driving to Wesley chapel or Tampa be faster.

Love This Place, doctors and staff take their time to find out issues but also they take their time to explain you the issues (how, what, why). They are friendly and always find the way to work with parents. I have read few comments about wait time but i honestly belive they spend quality time finding issues and explaining to parents what is going on and i can live with that. Very Happy and Highly Recommend It.
